What the Team is Up To
We don’t do church multiplication alone. Our planters have support systems of sending churches, mentors, coaches, friends and family that all support them. As a district we also are not planting alone. We are part of the Central Region of the Christian and Missionary Alliance with whom we assesses, train, and support our church planters. I work on a team with other folks in my role across the Midwest from Colorado to West Virginia to help raise the temperature of church multiplication throughout the region. This team has worked together to develop most of the systems, structures, and, most importantly, the culture of church multiplication that we are utilizing today.
The Central Region team sat down at our summer meetings to have some discussions around church multiplication. We have a podcast feed where you can listen to these conversations as well as other episodes (search for “All Things Church Planting” wherever you listen to podcasts). We also have published these conversations on our All Things Church Planting YouTube page. Here are three videos that I would encourage you to take time to watch and share if you want to learn more about how we are church planting, who we are looking for, and what Jesus has been up to in our region.
