Strength Deployment Inventory 2.0 (SDI)
SDI is an assessment of human motives and strengths. It stands on the foundation of practical application, scholarship, and research that began with Elias Porter's introduction of the SDI in 1971 and publication of Relationship Awareness Theory (Porter, 1976). Today the SDI 2.0 offers four views of a person: a Motivational Value System, a Conflict Sequence, a Strengths Portrait, and an Overdone Strengths Portrait. These four views form a systems view of personality and productiveness at work. Please contact Amanda Edin at either edina@ncdcma.org or 952.446.9318 if you have any questions regarding SDI 2.0.

PEAK Online Assessment Tool
The PEAK Profile assessment tool is designed to identify the strengths a church can build on and the opportunities for growth. PEAK fosters a culture of improvement by creating positive dialogue and common language around church development. PEAK provides an accessible tool, grounded in Alliance values, that assesses church development according to nine essential elements. As a church grows in self-awareness and applies itself to a process of development, it is better prepared to advance the Kingdom! Please contact our office at office@ncdcma.org if you are interested in learning more about the PEAK tool.
Church Planter Profiles
Assessment, Coaching, Training, Support (“ACTS”)
The Church Planting Alliance team provides assessment opportunities because we have a passion to see church planters succeed. Assessment is an invaluable and objective tool for discovering whether you are uniquely wired and called to be lead pastor of a church plant and for exploring what other tools, training and team members you might need to be sustainably successful in church planting. It is a proven process for exploring and answering the church planting questions.
The Alliance and Church Planter Profiles have partnered to help potential planters discern their aptitude and readiness for church planting quickly and easily in an online environment. If you would like to explore serving with the Alliance as a church planter, please contact us.
