We Do This in Several Ways

1) Annual Fall Retreat

Each autumn, women in the North Central District gather to hear the Word of God, fellowship with one another, and to enjoy both indoor and outdoor activities during one of the most beautiful seasons in the Midwest. It is in this environment that we open ourselves to the deeper life in Christ and position ourselves to experience transformational growth. Tell the women in your life about this retreat, today!

2) Spring Development Conference

Join us for the NCD Alliance Women's Spring Development Conference: A day designed for every woman in our district. This event focuses on spiritual development; calling attenders to grow deeper with Jesus and one another.

Engage with fellow women from across the district in challenging workshops, small group discussion, and uplifting worship. Leave the conference feeling empowered, equipped, and ready to make a positive impact in your community.

When: April 5, 2025 - 10am-2pm
Where: Eagan Hills Church - Eagan, Minnesota
Cost: $25 (includes lunch)

3) Empower

We would love to invite women to step into the Empower Program this fall. The Empower Program is a spiritual development program designed to “equip, inspire, and prepare women for effective ministry”.

The Empower Program is a great way to help women step into more with Christ and experience Him in new ways. The program is great for all women – those in official leadership positions, and those who are longing for something more.

Empower is a 9-month program running September through April with a graduation celebration in May. In addition to coursework, each month has a 2-hour group mentoring time to expand on the monthly topics. Participants can expect to spend about 8-10 hours each week on their coursework during these months.

Although Empower has gone completely virtual over the last couple of years, we have in-person mentoring group options in our district based in the Staples, MN and Roseville, MN areas. Additional online options are available as well.

4. Heart to Heart

What is H2H?

Pastors’ Wives uniting with other Pastors’ Wives to encourage and support each other in our ministries and personal lives.

What do we do at H2H?

Our meetings will consist of having a meal together, “get to know you” sharing time, prayer time & a communication concept. I hope you will take the opportunity to come and share your heart with us.
