Instructions

It is your responsibility as the Committee on Nominations to fill open slots for the following area (see 2025 Conference Committee Worksheet):

• District Officers (alongside DEXCOM)

• District Executive Committee (alongside DEXCOM)

• Nominating Committee for following year’s conference

• Officers for following year’s conference committees

• Every other year – delegates for Council (not needed for 2025)

• Search committee for District Superintendent – 3 members

A report shall be given at the first business session. This will constitute the “First Reading of the Committee on Nominations”. At the next business session, the “Second Reading of the Committee on Nominations” will be given. Next, nominations from the floor will be taken for each open office.  The “Final Reading of the Committee on Nominations” will be read at a subsequent business session.
