Alliance Year End Offering: 2020
This Christmas, will you give to support Alliance workers as they bring Jesus into the unfinished stories of the world’s lost, wandering, and overlooked? Jesus entered the world to lead humankind out of the darkness of sin and death into the light of His eternal presence. But His mission remains unfinished. Scripture reveals when it will be completed: And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in the whole world as a testimony to all nations, and then the end will come (Matthew 24:14). God has raised up The Alliance to be one of His end times families to carry the light of the gospel to the remaining least-reached corners of the world—until ALL have had the opportunity to hear. And we won’t stop until the job is done. Give here. Read more about The Year End Offering on the Alliance Website under resources.
North Central District Calendar: 2021
As the year is coming to a close and 2021 is near, here is our North Central District Calendar for 2021. We hope that this can help you all stay connected and aware of what’s going on in our district and office.
Converge: January 10-14, 2021
Join us at Converge 2021 in Colorado Springs, January 10–14, as the national office discusses our new reality and share practical ideas to mobilize our churches and support our Alliance international workers throughout the world. The theme this year is Missions in a New Era… Turning Obstacles into Opportunities. The focus will be on how the perceived obstacles that COVID-19 has thrown at us can actually lead to new opportunities for Alliance missions. While Converge is designed for any pastor, missions leader, or outreach coordinator from an Alliance church with an attendance of 200 or more, all churches are welcome. If you are interested in learning more about Converge 2021 or if you’d like to register, you can click here.
Please note that Early Bird Registration ends 12/07/2020.

REGIONAL NEWS
Open Positions
Are you looking for ways to serve? Do you have an opening to share? The North Central District website has a new Open Positions page where you can see what churches need positions to be filled, or, if you are a church in our district with an opening, you can submit a New Church Positions Request Form! If you have any questions about this page, please connect with Francie Swanson at either swansonf@ncdcma.org or 952.278.0620.
Alliance Theological Seminary (ATS)
While on-campus courses have been taught for more than 60 years, within the last decade we have been building a robust roster of online classes as well. Considering the restrictions on travel, online courses at Alliance Theological Seminary (ATS) offer a convenient solution to earning a degree—whether prospective seminarians live across our nation or around the world. In addition to being convenient and undisruptive to the demands of other obligations, ATS degree programs are affordable. In fact, they are currently offering a 50% tuition discount to any good-standing member or licensed worker at an Alliance church! This discount can be applied to most of their master’s/bachelor’s programs and many degrees can be completed fully online. Begin your application today!
