Overview
Garrison Alliance Church is seeking their next Senior Pastor to guide their congregation forward in fulfilling Jesus’ Great Commission. The ideal candidate will lead through a Bible-based ministry of preaching and teaching along with strong relational skills to connect the church with the community with a missional mindset to grow God’s Kingdom. While this is a part time position, the pastor will have an excellent opportunity to grow the church through their new and ready to learn leadership team.
Education
Credentialed by the Christian and Missionary Alliance, working toward it, or willing to work toward it.
Pastoral Experience
Previous pastoral or ministry experience preferred
A demonstrated commitment to the spiritual growth and health of the local church
Previous personal life experiences that lead to growth and development of others
Experience working with and developing other staff and volunteers
Family
Preferably married and wife is willing to participate in church life; free to use her gifts and abilities as she believes God is leading her, whether within or outside the local church
