Refresh is an annual gathering of Alliance Youth workers to hear fresh vision from AY Directors, network with youth workers from around the nation, and be Refreshed as we care for our souls.

• Price: $150 covers food and lodging for 4 days and 3 nights, and some fun stuff too. Rooms are double occupancy, if you prefer your own room, there is a $60/night increase.

Today’s youth workers are shepherding students through the uncharted territory of today’s culture. Alliance Youth is focused on developing Next Gen Leaders who invite students into Gospel Transformation and into their role in the church. There has never been a better time for Next Gen Leaders to care for each other’s souls and to be equipped in the areas of Cultural Intelligence, Missional Engagement, and Evangelism. 

When you join us in February, you will hear a fresh vision from your Alliance Youth Directors, you will be able to network with youth workers from all over the nation, and your souls will be refreshed as we pour into you. Do you need to be refreshed for ministry? 

At Refresh 2023, we will explore these concepts in Next Gen ministry: 

• Cultural Intelligence: Discovering what CIQ is, and why it matters to the next generation. 

• Missional Engagement: Exploring best practices for how to engage the larger church body; engaging the local community around the church; and engaging the global church. 

• Evangelism: Reframing evangelism for the next generation and sharing best practices for how to train students to have spiritual conversations with their peers. 

Refresh is a great reminder that we are not alone in ministry, and the Alliance Youth family is better when we journey together. Refresh reminds us that we are part of the same team as we train up the next generation of Christ followers.
